These Terms & Conditions apply when you, as a customer, place an order via www.neumannklockor.se. The terms constitute a contract between you and Neumann Klockor AB, organization number 559135-1761, Leksandsvägen 7A, 192 67 Sollentuna, Sweden. By making a purchase from and using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read the terms carefully before placing an order on our website.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
We will send an order confirmation with information about your purchase via email once we have received your order. We recommend that you save the order confirmation in case you need to contact Neumann Klockor’s customer service for any reason.
PRICES
All prices displayed on Neumann Klockor’s website, www.neumannklockor.se, include Swedish VAT according to applicable law. For orders shipped to an address outside the EU, you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged when the shipment reaches your delivery address. This means we do not cover VAT, fees, and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU. We cannot estimate the amount of these charges, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding rules and fees.
PAYMENT
All payments are processed via Klarna Checkout; Neumann Klockor never handles account or credit card numbers. You can pay by debit card, credit card, or invoice. Currently, you can pay via VISA or Mastercard. If you choose to pay via invoice, you may split your payment in cooperation with Klarna. DELIVERIES
Neumann Klockor delivers its products worldwide in cooperation with DHL. The delivery time is normally 1–3 business days from the day the order is placed. Once the shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive an SMS from DHL with the estimated delivery date. You can also choose the delivery option that suits you best. We are not responsible for any delays caused by import regulations for countries outside the EU.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return products in perfect condition by contacting Neumann Klockor’s customer service. This must be done immediately after receiving the product, but no later than 14 days after receipt. Notifications should be sent to info@neumannklockor.se and must include your name, order number, and reason for the return. The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging, all accessories, labels, etc. Return the product along with a copy of the notification sent to our customer service. We do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transport. Keep the return receipt from the carrier. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as we have received the item. Products that do not meet the above criteria may be returned to the customer.
WARRANTY
All our watches come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the watch itself (movement, case, glass, and strap). The warranty does not cover battery life, normal wear of the case, glass, or strap, nor defects or damage caused by abnormal or improper use, accidents, or negligence, such as dents, impact damage, or broken glass. It is important to keep the Certificate that comes with the watch, as it also serves as the warranty proof. This certificate must be sent with the watch for a valid claim. If the stated defect cannot be found, the product will be returned at the customer’s expense. For products covered by the warranty, please contact info@neumannklockor.se for further instructions before returning the product. For approved claims, Neumann Klockor will reimburse your return shipping costs. Products not covered by the warranty CANNOT be returned to Neumann Klockor.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
It is important that you, as a customer, carefully inspect the item as soon as you receive it. Neumann Klockor takes financial responsibility if the item is damaged or lost during transport. However, you must contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product to report any transport damage. For return shipments of entire products, you bear the financial risk if the products are damaged or do not arrive.
FORCE MAJEURE
Neumann Klockor is exempt from liability for damages and other consequences caused by circumstances beyond Neumann Klockor’s control. Such circumstances include, for example, government intervention, new or amended legislation, war, fires, floods, strikes, bans, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport and weather conditions, delayed deliveries from suppliers, or if Neumann Klockor or its partners are subjected to criminal activity.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, on our website belong to Neumann Klockor and may not be used for commercial purposes without our permission. Any use of www.neumannklockor.se or its content, including copying or storing the entire content or parts thereof, other than for personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without our consent. This website is exclusively owned by Neumann Klockor. All material on this website is the property of Neumann Klockor.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Neumann Klockor reserves the right to change prices, charge additional fees, and update product information without prior notice. Product images and other information are intended to reflect the product as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for any errors on the website and cannot guarantee that all images accurately depict the actual appearance of the watch. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Image quality may also vary depending on your screen settings.
USER CONTENT
The website www.neumannklockor.se may contain user-generated content, such as from social media. Neumann Klockor claims no ownership of such content (images, photos, videos, etc.) and assumes no legal responsibility for it. If you suspect copyright infringement or other violations or are otherwise offended by such content, please contact our customer service.
OWNERSHIP
All products remain the property of Neumann Klockor until full payment has been made.
FRAUD
All cases of fraud will be reported to the police, and Neumann Klockor reserves the right to cancel purchases if suspicion arises.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and your use of the neumannklockor.se website are governed by Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website, except in cases where Neumann Klockor voluntarily chooses to take legal action against a customer/user whose residence is outside Sweden.
TERMINATION
Neumann Klockor reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of neumannklockor.se at its discretion, for example, if Neumann Klockor suspects a violation of these terms. Such termination may be made without prior notice.

Neumann Klockor may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Each time you order a product from www.neumannklockor.se, the version of the terms in effect at that time will apply to the contract between you and Neumann Klockor.
